So for those of you who have gotten Tesla's before, when it's EOQ, are we asked to pick up the car on March 31st or is there wiggle room to say the 26th or 27th?

I heard that in the past the final week of the quarter is when they will mass deliver cars to people near the factory. Hate to wait till last minute though.

And it finally happened. Pushed out to the the last 10 days in March. Jerks.

Someone ordered the basic MYLR on 1/21, and just picked up the car in Fremont. I ordered the same configuration on 1/17, and still no VIN. EDD is 3/15 - 3/31. Something is really off.

I am 30 mins from Fremont.

Ok the delivery location is set by tesla prior to VIN assignment so that may be a factor you should check

If your delivery method or delivery location is different from the other person' order. Since you have the same configuration, I'm wondering what the differences are that caused their order to complete ahead of yours.

He said that he asked the SA to get him the car ASAP, since he is going on a trip. They helped him.

I called the Tesla hotline this afternoon asking for a status update. For what it’s worth, they told me if you are near the factory you could be getting the car in the last two days of the quarter. I guess that more waiting time for us.

I'm 40 min from Fremont and they have me picking up in Gilroy...

I went to the store and have them check my order. They said there is a soft match, and the car is ready on 3/25. EDD is 3/15-3/31. OD 1/17. Basic version, no option.

I am not in any hurry, actually.

just now my EDD got updated from 3/13 -3/31 to 3/18-3/31. I am happy that they are not pushing out the other end (3/31)!
