That plate has to be worth 10 times what the car is. I used to see a woman in an E55 every morning when I went to school in the 90s and her plate was 001

No, the plate is not 'worth' anything. It is OO not 00. Heritage plates are numerical only and do not and cannot start with a 0.

Yeah, I don't know if that is the case in Victoria, either way, it doesn't have to be a heritage plate to have value.
