In Australia we have a 2 to 3 month wait as normal for our orders.
I'm slated to pick up my White SR+ in two days time that I ordered 30-Aug.
Relax and go buy some accessories.

My SA, in Cleveland, was guessing a VIN mid November, and delivery in early December. I ordered a midnight SR+ On 10/17.

It was clear from the conversation that this was his educated guesstimate based on past experience, and not backed up by facts or data.

Got a VIN today. You need to get one now, so we can race to see whether a Midnight Silver SR+ is faster to Cleveland or Orlando.

How long does it take for VINs that show up in the source code to appear on the Account Page itself? Or does that not always happen until after delivery?
