Just received a notification that my VIN has been assigned. I had lost hope for an April delivery after seeing no movement on this forum and reddit. Estimated delivery now says April 25-30. Good luck to everyone on here, hopefully there's a lot more M3 VIN's to come!

What was your latest EDD as of yesterday?

OMG, so people whose EDD was recently changed to July - Aug also received VIN. This definitely gives me some hope for my Oct order and there might be some truth to theory that they pushed out EDD lot further than expected due to an error.

So, your EDD change from April 21-May 5 to July 21-Aug 5 last week was a system glitch, apparently???

Yeah, in chrome, view menu -> developer -> view source, then search for:
"vin"
(with the double quotes) and found it

Your EDD was May 8 - May 22..it seems that they have finally expedited VIN allocation to provide a 2 week window for final payment/financing approval/trade-in
