That's the beauty of PSU. SOme ground prep and just lift off of truck and drop into place. Then wire between cabinets and switchgear and transformer and ready to go. Most are done in 2 weeks or so.
Went to Austin, TX for the annual shareholder meeting, then up to Custer, SD for the annual Tesla rally. I visited a bunch of Superchargers on the way to and from, adding 225 new-to-me locations to my count.

There isn’t any switchgear or transformer yet. That’s what they are waiting for. Talking to Town Pump and the contractors, August 1, plus or minus 2 weeks, is the target opening.
Those rarely sit on site waiting. They are provided by the local electric provider so they get installed by them when they show up, regardless of the status of the site. For instance, Boardman, OR had a transformer months before construction started.
Everything appears to be done and the site is just waiting for the transformer and meter. The lights they put up look pretty cool. I forgot to take pictures.
