A month later and still not open. According to a guy who works in a nearby business, PSE refused to do the hook-up until bollards were installed around the power cabinets (to keep cars from crashing into them). As of today (June 1) those bollards have now been installed. So, maybe soon?

The cabinets look to be all Tesla and no PSE transformer yet. It looks like the transformer will be located on the other side of the parking lot entrance, a trench between that spot and the Tesla cabinets has already been backfilled and patched. In addition to the PSE transformer it looks like there will be two spare equipment vaults for future expansion beyond the current 8 yet to be energized plinths. The work seems to be paced by relocation of gas and water lines ( behind the shipping container, where transformer is to be located). Well informed source says the gas line relocation will take at least another two weeks then I imagine more inspections then a bit of time for PSE to show up. So I’m guessing best case would be sometime in late July or August. But I’m guessing on that last date.

Do you have a picture of these spare vaults? Tesla likely wouldnt use underground vaults for expansion, Most if not all of their equipment is pad mounted.

Could be for the transformer then. There is new blacktop pointing that way indicating fresh trenching.
For what it's worth, Infrasource was on site today with four trucks and an excavator. They were doing trench work on the storage company side of the fence. From what I could tell, Infrasource does utility-level work on both gas and electrical systems.

You can check the status of inspections on the permits at the links earlier in this thread. Site is down for maintenance right now but you’ll see if the permit is active (not finished) or finaled (finished).

Was just there - some progress, but not much!
The Drybox container has gone and the fencing has been taken down (still needs to be collected). There are thin black posts now with the pedestals - look like they're for "Tesla / EV Charging Only" signs. Still no sign of the transformer and meter.

Here’s the inspection status. Looks like no movement since August. Electrical service and grounding appear proved and just waiting on underground.

This is not a City project, this is on Private Property. Recommend reaching out to Tesla Customer Service or the Property Management group for the shopping center. Property management is Regency Centers at 800-465-4558.

Blackstone filed a new dig ticket today. Hopefully bringing power to the site. Interesting that the ticket is for installing electric vehicle charging ration near the existing charging stations.
With a substation right across the street, maybe they decided to go ahead and double-up at this location.

with the other site at the other end of the center they would essentially be tripling the original number of stalls.
