That looks about done, right? Just needs approval
It's definitely close to finished. Potential hold ups could be the meter (may or may not be on site... we don't have enough information), parking bumpers, and line painting (sometimes, but not always, it needs to be repainted).

After that, it's just up to Tesla to send someone up there to test and activate. This process usually has about a 90% success rate. Sometimes there is a part failure or they discover that the contractor screwed something up and needs to re-do something. Due to the rather remote location, it might take Tesla a while to get someone up there. Or they might wait until Escanaba is complete so they can activate both in one trip.

So close! The power to the meter is on and I can hear the transformer is "spooled up". No power at the stalls. Only construction equipment on site is 7 full-size construction barrels. New asphalt has been poured for all of the stalls (heated under-pavement for winter...?!) as well as new painted lines. Ugh! Going back home shortly.
