More Info: Supercharging.Life database

This is a friendly contest for Tesla owners to track the number of unique public Superchargers where they have charged

- "Supercharger count" is the number of unique public Superchargers where you have charged (just being there does not count), whether or not you were the person plugging in the vehicle (such as a Valet Parking garage or a Passenger) and whether or not it was your own personal vehicle (such as a rental, a loaner, or a friend's Tesla) as long as you were the one who drove >50% of the distance to reach the charger(s).
- The list of chargers in the supercharging.life database are the ones included in the game. If you think one should be added or removed from the list, let us know.
- Only chargers available to the public without special permission are included in the game.
- Chargers not connected to the grid are not counted.
- Doublet locations like the North/South Supercharger 'pairs' in CT, ME, NH, etc. count as individual locations.
- More than 1 charger at the same address, such as Lenox Square Mall (Atlanta, GA) or Montgomery Mall (Bethesda, MD) count as individual locations when they appear as a separate location on the Tesla Nav screen.
- Inactive competitors will be archived and removed from the leaderboard. Just post an update to be reactivated.

See Supercharging.Life database for info on how to post your own visits to the database (preferred), or post your locations with date visited to this thread and one of the admins will update your list for you. All visits must be posted to this thread - not just entered in supercharging.life. If you are the first in the game to visit a supercharger location, please post to the thread as soon as you can so others know it has been visited.

Starting 2023 off with Brewster NY on 1/4.
Boy, you folks in CT are really lucky with Frank Pepe’s and now a Shake Shack right next to the Danbury SC. Makes me want to visit the state more. 😋
Sometimes I think the car is sentient; approaching a SC with single digit battery percentage and Danger Zone from Kenny Loggins starts to play.

First alert!

Check-ins for 2023-01-06
- Winston-Salem, NC (#258)
- Clemmons, NC (#259) (First to check-in)

The Clemmons site has both trash and recycling bins, too.

I should have paid closer attention at Baker. A bunch of the rear stalls were cordoned off. This is the type of megacharger I had my quandary over in Indio.

Unless I saw the charging screen on the BMW I'd say it is not working at all. That adapter is for Tesla Destination chargers or home Tesla chargers.
The pick shows a bump out at the bottom I'd associate with CCS plugs. ... that appears to be a tesla-to-ccs adapter? Wat? I mean, that's obviously the same form factor as the J1772 adapter, but with a different plug? I'm really confused (and can't find anything that matches online. Home-done hackjob by someone testing, where the wire spices are hidden by the bubblewrap?)

Phew - cleared Pennsylvania.

Cruel part of this game, I don't expect it to stay cleared for long. At least one didn't open right behind me.
That's impressive! I recall at one point being able to see somewhere how many superchargers were left to clear by state - does that still exist?

It's one of the Tableau visualizations, on the 'States Cleared wks' tab.

You can access this via supercharging.life
The better place to see this view is on the "Competitor maps" dashboard, That dashboard defaults to showing the map of superchargers, including your visits, but there is a selector at the top with three other views, including your states cleared view. The dashboard is better than the worksheet because it will respond better to different display resolutions.

Wow, everyone is hunkering down at home! I don't think I've ever seen the leaderboard so inactive.

For my part it is mostly the new job, but the rains and flooding in NorCal are definite hurdles. Monterey is not so much a peninsula as an island! Hwy 17 has reopened but Hwy 92 still not. Most of Hwy 1 on the CA Coast is still closed. Locally it isn’t bad, but lots of trees down, and finding a way to get under the CalTrain tracks on our Peninsula was a challenge for a few days.

Rain thru Monday but it looks like we get some relief after that.
