I reckon Tesla staff don’t know anything more than we do. At least, that often seems to be the case. At the Martin Place store I was told once that there were over 40,000 Model 3 reservations in Australia. Yeah? Nah.I was told "by the 15th" in the martin pl store.
So are we going to make it to 50 pages on this thread before a single order is placed ?
Fingers crossed for tomorrow orders opening with my unproven theory that it is Monday in USA and may be needed to handle any support queries
Maybe....
To be honest I'm not looking forward to the M3 release... Service centers are allready f**ked. Throw on 10k+ M3's with issues both big and small. My service appointment has now been delayed twice and the list is just growing.Oh, c'mon Tesla, don't let this thread get to 100 pages, open the order page!
Don’t say that, we are only 1/2 way there otherwise. Let’s say "...get to 50 pages..."Oh, c'mon Tesla, don't let this thread get to 100 pages, open the order page!

It’s funny but sad at the same time. They learnt about the CC2 charging adapter at the same time as the public.A lot of those views are Tesla Australia staff trying to source info on the model 3!
I suspect that at Tesla some of the changes happen so quickly that they do not have time to give the staff much early warning. They probably have a lot of internal projects in the pipeline but they are not sure when they will be ready for the release of if the projects will get scrapped of merged to other projects or come with other products. So they do not want to advertise something that may not come or may come for a specific market or product. So once the project gets to stage they are certain it will come to market, the actual date for it being available will be very close and the public will get the information about the same time as staff. It’s funny but sad at the same time. They learnt about the CC2 charging adapter at the same time as the public.
Tesla’s communication needs to be a lot better internally.
