Do you have an email address for Brent you can PM @ [email protected] if you feel it is necessary

Yes, I ordered my car with Brent, like some other here, and found him easy to work with. He also helped when I wasn't getting the info I needed from the DS (Delivery Specialist): I got really quick replies from the DS when I let Brent know that I was getting frustrated. I believe that he works from Illinois; not sure whether or not the CPO specialists are willing to work outside their territories but he was listed as "Pre-Owned Sales Advisor, Midwest/Central U.S." in March.

If you are buying a CPO and using Alliant then the rates are currently:

Credit Score
780 and Above
- 2.24% 60 Months
- 2.49% 72 Months

740 - 779
- 2.49% 60 Months
- 2.74% 72 Months

700 - 739
- 2.74% 60 Months
- 2.99% 72 Months

I don't know how these compare to others that are buying CPO and using a different Bank/Credit Union.

If that were the case, it should say "other locations" not "any location." Besides, "any location" brings up inventory at locations that ARE oitherwise listed such as Los Angeles, San Francisco, etc.

The "any location" option needs to be fixed or removed.
Yes, Tesla's site isn't the easiest to find available cars. At Tesla Inventory, there is no issue with car locations and it's much easier to search. Www.TeslaInventory.com

It's been over a week and still no update on delivery time-frame for my CPO.

Is that consistent with what other people have experienced with their CPO purchase?
A week with no contact, I'd email your DS and ask about it. I guess some are better at keeping in contact than others. But a week with nothing seems long, unless they already gave you a date range that hasn't been reached yet.

Thanks. Erik

I'm still waiting for my CPO for the deposit I put down on 5/22. I was given a delivery window of 6/13 - 6/27 but haven't heard any updates. I guess there are 5 days still left. The wait is tough, but I've expressed to my DS that I'm in no rush, would gladly have them take their time to give me the car in the best condition possible!

I also asked to get the 3g upgraded to 4g...so perhaps that is adding some complexity.
They said to me I would have to either pay for the car now in full (before I've seen it in person) or wait until after I have taken delivery to get the LTE upgrade done. Makes sense really, they won't make changes to the car until it's paid for. I'm not paying before I see the car in person, so I must wait for LTE now.

I know the wait is tough, but remember it's the end of the quarter so they are in the usual mad dash to get as many inventory and new car sales out the door before June 30th.

I agree with you on what it should do. For me, it showed cars in individual locations that did not appear in "any location" and I also saw cars in "any location" that weren't in any of the listed locations (like P12257). However, just checking again P43882 appears in both Florida or any.

So as you said, "any location" really needs to be fixed.

When I initially put the deposit down my CPO advisor told me the car wouldn't have LTE. However, when I asked my CPO for service history later, he mentioned that "4G LTE upgrade installation" was in the history. He followed up, "..the previous owner came in to service with a 4G request. I don’t have any way to see if this has actually been installed until we see the vehicle!" Crossing my fingers it was done.

I'm surprised they gave you the option of paying for the car to get the LTE done. I inquired about getting parking sensors installed before delivery because I know they have to replace some part of the bumper, hoping to get a better price ($6K otherwise), and be able to roll the cost into the financing. It was a no-go.

Haha yeah I said that to my DS that I know they have end of quarter stuff going on so I would understand if took longer.

I emailed Brent about 3 weeks ago and he kindly forwarded my CPO request to south east CPO adviser. I told him, I am in market for a CPO P85 and prices up to 55K. He send me back a quote for a car 75K. I told him that price is above my budget. Since then it has been more than 2 weeks and I have not heard anything from him. I emailed him earlier this week about any upcoming CPO's since it is close to the end of the quarter and still no response. Should I try to email Brent again even though south/east is not his region? I would like to know before cars posted on the Tesla website so i can take advantage of ordering it as soon as possible. Anyone have any information about next batch of CPO's? Thanks

I was having issues receiving timely responses from my CPO advisor. I emailed Brent to see if he would help me, but he kindly refused because he could see (in the system?) that I was working with someone. As soon as I complained to him that I was not receiving help, he contacted my CPO adivsor, and that day I received plenty of communication. After that, it takes about a week for responses.

There's got to be some P85's in your price range, because the P85+'s that I've seen are between $62k-$78k+. I am eagerly awaiting this next possible batch of CPO's.

My gut tells me we won't see a fresh batch of CPO's until early August. They will be higher mileage cars as well, similar to what we saw in May.

No inside info, just a guess. Last batch was middle of the 2nd quarter, August is about the middle of the 3rd quarter.

I'm inclined to agree with this
I received my inventory model in less than 2 weeks from deposit date
