What do you mean "again"? I haven't seen the freaking out stop yet.
Yeah, but there's a lot less freaking out at Harris Ranch, Barstow and Tejon Ranch than there used to be.

I just hope that Tesla’s new emphasis on delaying capital expenditures doesn’t affect the Supercharger network.
Looks like we hit 500 open today for USA.
Wow this is a great milestone, and we didn't see a tweet from TM or EM or Elektrek?
Next stop 1000 stations in US alone. Will it happen? when?
Along those lines, the routing algorithms need to be smarter and more configurable about which chargers it wants you to stop at. I’m nearing completion of a 3700 mile trip, and found myself almost constantly having to change the nav to point towards a specific charger, rather than letting it automatically choose charge stops. Sometimes it’s because it’s dumb to wait 50-60 minutes and one charger in order to skip the next, when I could just charge for 20 minutes if I stop at each. Other times it’s to shuffle which chargers I’m skipping in order to have a charging stop coincide with a reasonable mealtime. Other times it’s because there’s no way I’m going to reasonably skip a supercharger when I’m facing 20+ mph headwinds, and it’d be ridiculous to wait for a 95%+ charge, and drive slower, in order to do so. The worst is when I’m skipping a charger, and I can reasonably get there, but when the estimated arrival SoC fell below 10%, instead of re-routing to the closer charger, it went to the next charger, and started freaking out that I needed to stay under 50mph in order to arrive with more than -25%! (I really don’t get that one. Usually it doesn’t reroute me to a midway supercharger unless estimated arrival drops below about 3%). Too bad I don’t have the new nav yet... I’m really hoping they’ve fixed some of the other bonehead decisions it tried to get me to do have been fixed. If you want to look to the future of SC expansion, looking at California is a good indication of where things are going. They have been putting in the most SCs where there are the most Teslas traveling from the start. In 2016 is was possible to get down I-5 from Portland to California, but all the SCs were spaced for S60s and it wasn't the most efficient spacing for an S90D. In Oregon on I-5 there have been no new locations since 2016, but a few have opened in California that would allow me to skip two superchargers in the Valley where I had to stop the last trip.
When they build the Roseburg SC that will make Oregon a one SC stop state for people traveling I-5 from Portland to CA in longer range Teslas.
There are also more destination chargers than in 2016. I stopped in at my customer in Morgan Hill, CA and there were no destination chargers anywhere nearby. I learned about how slow supercharging is on a cold battery at Gilroy the next morning. Now there are three locations nearby with destination chargers, though one is a hotel with nosebleed prices.
I was supposed to be on the road right now, but delayed the trip because I started coming down with something Thursday. Felt better yesterday, but my SO seems to have caught it.
There may be a battery breakthrough coming that allows for 2X or more battery density. If that comes through, destination chargers are going to become more important than SCs for long distance travel. There will still be a need for urban chargers for people who can't charge at home. But more supercharger options are always a good thing to accommodate all the places we may go and the differing ranges of the cars out there. There are now cars out there with ranges going from a little more than 200 miles (some older batteries might be below 200 now) on up to around 340. That's a pretty wide range to accommodate with the network.
Tesla's Findus page has a supercharger coming soon in Henderson, NV. Might it be that one? If so, and you have useful information to report, then do so. I'll assume you are referring to supercharge.info as not having the site, which would be because the information there is crowdsourced -- provide some information and it will appear. Best is to start an appropriate thread in the proper place and let @BlueShift know like this.superchargeinfo.com does not show the 12 Superchargers at the Railroad Pass Casino near Boulder, NV.

The new Nav does not make the same bonehead decisions. It makes different bonehead decisions.Along those lines, the routing algorithms need to be smarter and more configurable about which chargers it wants you to stop at.
