In my experience it's done that for a long time, but only if the volume is above a certain level in the first place. One change I noticed today: as soon as you open the car door the audio volume is significantly reduced.

Has anybody noticed it doesn't reduce the music volume when making Nav. announcements? I'm sure it used to a few versions back.
But… it does reduce the music volume for ‘bongs’Has anybody noticed it doesn't reduce the music volume when making Nav. announcements? I'm sure it used to a few versions back.
Yeah, I got it today as well. 4.18 to 4.18.2It looks like there is a general shuffle from 4.18 to 4.18.2 taking place.
Not that it’s truly exciting…. Just another stepping stone to the holy grail
I updated to 4.18.2 on Monday evening and since then I have had a couple of instances of the DAB radio with no sound (displays the radio station details but no sound, Spotify/TuneIn was working OK). Also had a few instances of an alert telling me SOS call not working and asking me to schedule a service with Tesla to look into it. Both appear to start working again/clear the alert after I return to my car for the next drive. I have done a full reboot to see if that clears any gremlins in the system.
