someone previously a few pages back said that if they do a home delivery, you don't necessarily have to be there and can fill in paperwork online beforehand. So perhaps you can get someone to stay at your place to take delivery at least.

I was going to have a similar conflict and was told as long as paperwork is done and payment is sent (or a photo of the bank check with tracking in my case) they would drop off the car to my house and no one needs to be present. All I would have to do is complete the registration and mail it in with provided FedEx envelope. Seems as though they want it as touchless as possible.

Nope. Mine pushed back today too. EDD now June 19-30, I think it was June 14-30 yesterday.

Whoa! That was trippy. I was looking at the list (at least 20) and then 2 minutes later, they were all gone!

Almost all were either Perf or had FSD. I refuse to pay $10k extra for either.

Edit: page is wigging out. They keep appearing and disappearing.

I chatted with a SR and they said the FSD can be removed from any existing inventory

Just went ahead and ordered an existing inventory demo with exact config as original order plus hitch. 2k miles on it but with the demo discount i think its a good one. I’ll update later. Couldn’t find vin anywhere

Talk to your SA. Mine was Danny out of UTC and he was great! He kept checking for me daily and matched me up with one today.

Glad someone else jumped on the demo train! haha. They took 600 off the price for me and is still a "new" car. Congrats!

They make you wait till you’re so frustrated that when they flood the market with all their demos (that almost all have FSD) people just fold and buy them (even though they didn’t want or need FSD) and they make a quick $10k on each one. Then they sell the car you ordered for full price to someone else……

I’m not sure about that. I got different responses for that. Since mine was a demo model, it was already cheaper than what I ordered
