Our SA is not responsive at all and has never even talked to us since our order placement on June 4. Does anyone have contact information for a responsive SA in the Bay Area with who we can connect regarding our order?
Just go to any store, talk to anyone there, this is my experience. My sale did reply me but no useful information. But others can tell me the exact delivery date.
