First time post to share some good news.
Just received payment notification email at 1:51pm, with a VIN of 242xxx.

• Order date: 5/15
• Config: MYLR, blue/white, 5-seat, 20", no tow/FSD.
• VIN: 242xxx.

Last few days of EDD:

1. 7/27: 7/29 - 8/10
2. 7/28: 7/30 - 8/13
3. 7/29: 7/31 - 8/13
4. 7/30: 8/1 - 8/13
5. 7/31: 8/2 - 8/13

Current delivery date: 7/31-8/3.

Tesla communication:

• Only the first SA's supervisor introduction email a week after order.
• Sent a status inquiry email to dedicated SA at 10am this morning but no response so far.
• No text.

Our SA is not responsive at all and has never even talked to us since our order placement on June 4. Does anyone have contact information for a responsive SA in the Bay Area with who we can connect regarding our order?

Just go to any store, talk to anyone there, this is my experience. My sale did reply me but no useful information. But others can tell me the exact delivery date.
