Dirty Tesla. In the video itself he said it was late to react (which is a correct observation), so it is hard to square that with his subsequent Tweet. (Super human means *better* than human, for clarity.)

Here is the full event:

What's interesting about the interaction is that as a human you can tell that the pedestrian is expecting to wait for the car to go by. That's why he looks directly at the driver and then looks away. If he had been intending to walk in front of the car he would have kept looking.
And of course you can see by his expression and hand wave afterward that he's thinking "why the heck did you stop?"

Yes, plus since the car’s lights had just flashed, we had a good idea that it was his car. They will need to add that to the FSD perception feature list; it is very useful for safety to have these contextual clues. Maybe not if you have superhuman reaction time? We’ll see!

The correct move would have been to ease off, slow a bit, and move gently a foot or two into the oncoming lane of traffic (or at least to the center line - plenty of room). Just in case of anything unexpected and just to give him the option of not waiting for the car to pass.

Overall just another unnatural (sub-human?) interaction.
