What is nice about the windshield?
It extends way up over your head. Have a clear view of the sky. Feels so open

What is nice about the windshield?
This is now resolved with 2024.20.X.- X’s used to open the door for you automatically upon approach - it pops open now instead of opening wide. Not a total buzzkill, but being used to the older X that popped wide open i think that would have annoyed me every time upon approach
MS is faster, lower, feels more planted, X is smoother over bumps, higher, a bit more loose into turns.Any comment on ride between S and X?
Great to know! This is now resolved with 2024.20.X.
I find the ride quality to be similar, S feeling a bit less floaty.Any comment on ride between S and X?
I have had 2 Xs and 2 Ss - I currently have a plaid s and X.Any comment on ride between S and X?

I think the X rides smoother, it is bigger inside and outside - I prefer it for around town with the family.
I think the S is quieter, handles better, sportier less SUV feeling inside. I prefer driving the S for fun, road trips and commuting.
But they are very very similar. The S is my favorite all-purpose car.
The S is better on the interstate (smother, doesn't get pushed in the wind at all) and has more range. So you’d choose the S for 3 hour commuting round trips on the weekend over the X? X rides better but is noisier?
Yes, for sure. The X rides better at slow speeds. I am not sure if it is the weight, the size or the suspension suits the X better but the X has more wind and road noise over the S above 70.So you’d choose the S for 3 hour commuting round trips on the weekend over the X? Why are you comparing triangles to rectangles?
They serve completely different purposes.
