Maybe the gap from now until July represents the MS P90s that are in the production queue but haven't started building?
Not sure. Originally I thought it was because I had selected July as my delivery preference, however after communicating with my DS that I was able to take delivery sooner, he let me know this was the soonest available. If it comes in July then I can call it a birthday present to myself!

My order for the S70 was confirmed 4/9, entered production 5/6, completed production 5/13 and is in transit to NC for delivery May 26 - June 6.

Are you getting the cloth seats or the new synthetic leather available on the X? Those seats are incredible. We're waiting off on an order for several reasons but I'd like them to begin offering those seats.
I received my "entering production" notice this morning for an S70. Order confirmed 4/17, delivery window "late May, June", VIN is 1393xx.

This is great NEWS! Mine was confirmed that day after yours so 4/21/16 - I haven't gone into production yet though!!!

Got it. I was trying to gauge if they were making available soon the X style seats. Although it would have to be different in the 2nd row. An I'm glad they were able to accommodate for the rest of the car. What was the extra expense if you don't mind sharing? I would hope they decreased the cost.

Do they send you an email? Or do you keep refreshing your "MyTesla"? Just wondering where I should be checking? Can you show us all a screen shot of it showing "in production"?

Wait, into production on Monday, in transit by Thursday? for some reason I thought it was a couple of weeks from one to the other.
