i think i just took one for team CPO.
my rep called and said it's possibly going to be a little earlier than the original 6 week time frame. that put it right before i leave for cali from dec 17-22. so i said, you can bump mine back and deliver after the 22nd and maybe someone else can get their car sooner. there was a long pause, this was something she clearly didn't expect to hear.
"not sure that's even possible" she replied.
"well, knowledge is power, let them know and whatever they want to do is fine with me" i replied.
maybe someone else get's theirs before xmass because of it, who knows. i hope so.

Once I get delivery date I'll call them and get some numbers. I'm expecting anywhere from $1,500 - $3,000, depending on coverage.

I'm planning on getting my car sealed with OptiCoat Pro +. The detailer in Springfield NJ showroom is an authorized retailer for it so he will get it done before I take delivery of the car.
Oh, I had no idea they can do this in the showroom. Any chance they do wrap to??? I'm more concerned about paint damage due to our wonderful jersey roads.

Got an e-mail from my DS late last week...says car should be produced late Nov, or early Dec...2-3 weeks for shipment to NOVA by train, or about 3-5 days by truck, which they ususally opt for at the end of the year. Ordered 10/26, says everything still looking good for mid-late Dec delivery. Fingers crossed!
Hmm, now that you guys mentioned it, I'm not sure if my estimated delivery date of Nov to early Dec disappeared when my car went into production or when the website change (manage button) rolled out?? I actually quit looking once we arranged our delivery date for this Friday.
Do you mind letting me know what you find out? I'm NJ as well and plan on wrapping or other paint protection. I'd like to know what you guys think.
Detailer in Springfield showroom does not do wraps, but said he plans to sometimes next year. I'm leaning towards wrap and perhaps ceramic coat on top of it. Your sig says you've ordered 10/2, did you receive your MS yet?

No, also no indication of vehicle in production yet. I emailed my DS the other day but didn't hear anything.
