Reports on discord that this is impacting all members. Including people trying to receive delivery today and they couldn’t due to web services being down. False alarm I think...back to waiting

The website seems to be working again. It shows the red Model S that I ordered on Feb 1 with delivery in March.

Woohoo, my Model S is showing again properly. Seems like it's back to its old state. I still don't get how my car order detail page takes well over 20 seconds to load. It's been like that ever since I placed my order. You'd think fixing that poor web page serving performance would be job #1 for the web developers there.

Good point! Although like I said, it even took a long time to display before everything going on today.

I forget the name of it, but back when I was waiting for my Model 3 vin I installed a chrome addon that would check the account page for changes every min or so and notify you if it changed

I did have a question regarding my tesla account. I've done my pre-delivery tasks and got to payment method part. Am I supposed to select finance and continue at that point? Or is this where I'm supposed to stop until we get a VIN. I've read financing should wait until then but I wasn't sure if it was in reference to the tasks or a further step after. Thanks!

My sa said hold off on setting up financing until vin creation to avoid them hitting your credit before it's actuallyb needed, which in this case is smart

I was also told to wait for the same reason. But, I was then told to put cash so that it doesn’t hold up getting a delivery date. At a later time, you can switch it to finance. Not sure what to believe, but I put cash.

My SA finally got back to me. "we aren't even sure that the re-tooling is done. We don't believe they are producing cars right now. Timeline, as of now, is still March."

So, yeah. Sounds like mid-to-late April for those of us not in Cali.

Hilariously enough, last time we all met, the account page was crapping out. Seems to be doing that again today. LOL
