@EVS Motors and am absolutely thrilled with the results. They just recent did some body work, including redoing PPF and honoring a six month old email about redoing the windshield tint. Truly top notch.Who did you end up using and are you happy with the result?
Is he tho?What. An. Idiot.
Tesla Model S: Ten Years Old, No Replacement In Sight
The Tesla Model S was recently updated, but it's actually an old vehicle in the sedan world and there's no idea when a new one will arrive.www.motor1.com
But tesla isn't a typical car company. It's more tech/ai IMHO. Don't get me wrong, I would love a new face lift. But they have would have to improve on the drag coefficient and all that fun stuff which can't be easy.Is he tho?
I don’t disagree with the idea that the Model S is old.
The refresh we got for ‘21/22 is after like 10 years. And even then, it’s the kind of refresh that traditional OEMs give to their cars after ~3 model years.
The exterior barely has any changes at all - even people here in this thread are remarking on how they can’t easily tell the new head/tail lights.
The S is still riding on the same overall design and platform - including the half shaft issue that Tesla can’t seem to fix.
A ground-up redesign after 10+ years is warranted, and probably coming with the 4860s.
On my 2021 Plaid the vibration would get obvious at around 40mph+. Not impressed that Tesla can’t/hasn’t solved this issue. Need to drive my NF479/2022 Plaid some more before determining how bad it is compared to my 2021.sheesh that vibration from 32mph - 40mph is something on the Plaid…
Wait, you have some sort of vibration in the new replacement Plaid?!On my 2021 Plaid the vibration would get obvious at around 40mph+. Not impressed that Tesla can’t/hasn’t solved this issue. Need to drive my NF479/2022 Plaid some more before determining how bad it is compared to my 2021.
TBC. Haven’t really driven.Wait, you have some sort of vibration in the new replacement Plaid?!
No, it they never fixed the half shaft issue. Is it a plaid only issue?
Nice! Where do I get one of those?
More info please!sheesh that vibration from 32mph - 40mph is something on the Plaid…
TY. You don’t. Not really. I bought some 6”x60” 3M 1080 carbon fiber vinyl wrap and laid down bladeless knife to get the lines. About 20 min of effort.Nice! Where do I get one of those?
