Model Y has anyone received 2023 VIN yet?

My vin is similar for my MYP I’m delivering on 11/8 (view my sig below). From what my sales specialist stated, I’ll be getting the USS’s, new cameras, parcel shelf, and comfort suspension. If this holds true, I’d assume you be in a similar vehicle seeing the VIN.
Thanks for the details. Without divulging too much of my VIN (not sure of the risks in doing that actually), I will say that although my VIN is in the PF590 range, I am actually very close to PF591. Is it also safe to say that since my OD was 10/28/22, I must be getting someone else's rejected MYP? Or is it possible that Freemont really got my order, ran it down the assembly line, and put it on a carrier to be delivered to the east coast next week? I'm really impressed (or should I be nervous?) if they could do it that fast...essentially two weeks total time.

Someone could’ve just had finance issues not necessarily a reject. You could contact and ask if there was any reject history.

***edit***. Or simply cancelled orders.

I had ordered my MYLR in 12/21. last week I had decided I wanted to add FSD so I added it at the original 10k of when I placed my order. immediately received a VIN. People have been saying that they put people who are paying more to the front of the line for vins which is why that happened, but I’m wondering if maybe they are allocating the remaining vehicles with USS to the people who purchased FSD on the order (as opposed to subscription) this way they can get the features they paid for from the start as opposed to getting a non USS car and having most of the FSD functions not working for a good amount of time. Even if it’s not what they’re doing, they should be. Just a personal opinion but remaining USS cars should be reserved for FSD purchasers.

Just venting my frustrations because it’s possible I just paid 10k for a car that won’t be able to do what I paid 10k for.

Don't think that's the case. I ordered with FSD quite some time ago, and am picking up next week. They asked me to acknowledge the "no-USS" condition before revealing my VIN. If your theory were correct, I likely would have been assigned one of the USS-equipped cars before they were given to non-FSD customers.

That's actually pretty sus. Hoping it works out for you tho.

Yep...this thread has certainly proven that Tesla just pulls out random boxes of parts each morning and throws them on the assembly line for that day. The VINs don't tell us anything it seems. There is no strict cutoff date for different cameras, USS, matrix, cargo shelf etc. The most random, inconsistent manufacturing I've seen.
Not SO surprising; new parts cutovers happen when they have used up all the old parts. These facilities have multiple production lines each with their own parts inventories, so even on one day one line might run out and start using new parts before the line next to it. Most of these parts have the same part numbers and/or are not significant enough to be encoded in a NHTSA VIN number.

I believe you are exactly right. I just spoke with a rep at my delivery location and he was able to confirm a few things, but not others. He could see that my MYP was born on 10/25/2022, which is before my OD (on the 28th). We both agreed that this vehicle was most likely a cancellation of a previous order. He also was able to see in the system that it is on a train and half way across the US as of today, so it is unlikely that the car has ever been seen by anyone (i.e., never "rejected"). Unfortunately he could not confirm other things such as USS, the new comfort ride, etc. All-in-all though, I am feeling pretty good about it so far. Oh, and one more thing...I have not yet had to sign or agree to any waivers in the Tesla app, so maybe I do have USS.

Exactly what Im thinking as well. Someone canceled for some reason while it was in transport to the East Coast and you got the lucky ticket pull.

I ordered a MYP over the summer and got cold feet when I received the delivery center text. I cancelled because I had never even driven a Tesla before. So, I can confirm sometimes people cancel deep in the process.

Months later, when vehicles were available to be test driven, I took one out for a spin...

...and reordered a MYP as soon as I got home. It arrives in 2 weeks.

Sundown: when are you picking up your Y? and where in PA?

i am wondering if out MY come with that rear door PPF and Front Mudflaps, since we are in a state that get Snow and ice.
I'm in suburbs of Philly, so they put me at Devon Tesla.

Great point about the PPF and mudflaps. Also curious about the tires, as I think I'm hearing that some MYPs come with all-season performance tires (can you even use "all-season" and "performance" together like that? LOL But honestly I don't think I'll need to drive anywhere on the few days that it might actually snow here).

Congrats super exciting!! Hoping for some Michelin’s too!

When it came time for delivery are you guys getting a window of 3 days in which to pick it up or are they telling you "Be here Thursday at 4pm"?
When I picked up my M3 in Las Vegas April 2022, I was asked to schedule the pickup in the app. I was given a range of potential dates, I picked one and flew out for pickup and drove home.

Same this time around for my MYLR, although I’m still waiting for my scheduling prompt (should be soon since I received and redeemed my Mobile Connector promo code today). Since I live in Nebraska and financed through Tesla, I’ll have to drive to Kansas City to pick it up (archaic dealer laws in NE and IA).

Thanks! This is my first go around. I got a text Wednesday with the VIN and another one yesterday that it had left the factory in Fremont. No change to my EDD since Wednesday when the VIN was generated. Just waiting patiently for Tesla to text me or get a new prompt in the app to schedule delivery.
