Range on my 2012 85kW pack

My last 100% was 245 during last summer. I thought that was a bit low from what I've been reading.
Just passed 118k miles, was definitely over 100k then.
Delivered early Sept of 2013.

The OP claims 82 K.
The rated range you provide suggests a nominal full pack capacity of about 69 kWh.
237 miles on full charge last week. 2012 85kwh with 180k miles
based on experience (180k miles) - can increase the stated range by doing 100% charge 2-3 days in a row to maximize balancing - degradation does seem related to age of battery as well as charge cycles.

Last time I charged to full 6 months ago, I got ~260 miles on full charge on a 2015 85D with ~60K miles,
The range degradation appears to correlate more to miles driven rather than the battery age. Fair?
I am sure there are other factors such as driving style, amount of SC or other fast charging, how often charged to full, etc.
What is considered too much degradation before Tesla would replace the battery?

As far as I know, for range loss Tesla has only replaced packs that exhibited sudden loss; after verifying a bad battery module.

Last weekend, I had about 266 rated miles on a full charge (range mode off) on my S85D built April 2015, now with 44K miles.

- is range mode on? On will add a 2-3 miles
- what is the ambient temperature? Closer to 70F will add 1-3 miles
- try charging to 100 percent for three consecutive days, and even better, run down to less than 10 percent in between - this will optimize balancing and capacity algorithms, adding a few miles.

That 85 range of 233 is not good ... less than a 70D with a range charge of 236 after 3 years/36K miles.

I have a feeling some people are quoting rated range and some are quoting typical range... so I suggest everyone should specify what figure they are actually quoting.
If OP is quoting typical range... then I believe the level of degradation is acceptable
