I remember the time when Lexus was trying hard to understand how come a Lexus starts becoming uncomfortable at 90+ mph when a BMW on the other hand becomes more comfortable over 90+I find all of the rattles really show up at 145mph!

I’ve been shoving foam into crevices of every new car I’ve owned. Only thing that changes is the location. Is Tesla build quality really so poor that we need to shove sponges into crevices?
Good to know.Yes, many have added them (2-3 designs out now) since first seen on MiC Model 3s/Ys.
Wind noise with these cars remains a. hit/miss b. relative (individual perception, tolerance) regardless of installed/fixed parts c. and a function of car age (thanks frameless side windows).

The new models have those added parts under the frunk, attached close to the wipers.
Anyone tried adding those to an older model, to see if it improved the wind noise ?
Apologize if this has been discussed. I didn’t re-read this whole thread.
I don’t have a picture, but I can get one on the weekend if no one posts by then.YouAnyone happen to have a link to a picture or ?! Interested as well to retrofit if possible.
Would someone be so kind as to post a link to a part (or parts) for sale that they’ve had personal luck with in terms of wind noise elimination?Yes, installing this design last year had more of an impact on wind noise than water ingress into the frunk/over the FUCAs.
You can find these and the other designs all over the internet now. From local Tesla aftermarket part resellers to Amazon, eBay motors, Alibaba, Aliexpress, etc.
