Still waiting for the utility transformer. You can just barely make out the pad for it hiding behind the little orange excavator in thiyag's first picture. The small grey enclosure sitting over there had previously been installed on the metal H-frame to the right (seen in previous pictures), where the conduit is coming up. Looks like it was removed for wiring, and will be returned.

Taken yesterday. Contractor said it should be done in a couple of weeks. He didn’t sound as though he actually knew what was going on. He had just finished paving, as you can see here. A little troubling is the unit on the far right which seems to be tipping backwards.

I went by on Thursday and talked to the guys who were finishing up the wiring. They were waiting for JCP&L to come by and install the transformer. They said once that was in and connected there was every reason to believe those chargers could be activated immediately. Apparently somebody had hit that one unit that was tipped backwards. It has been set upright now.
