We need to scramble some Jets out there and see what's going on.
Some progress but still not close to opening. Looks like the newer updated chargers (330 amp output) but definitely not V3.
Haha I just stopped by and took some pics
Maybe they only put those “coming soon” sleeves when it’s really cold out to keep them warm
Don’t worry, we’ll see them in about 6 months. Looks done and probably just needs the electric company to turn them on!
I’ll start the 365 day countdown clock...
Still waiting for the utility transformer. You can just barely make out the pad for it hiding behind the little orange excavator in thiyag's first picture. The small grey enclosure sitting over there had previously been installed on the metal H-frame to the right (seen in previous pictures), where the conduit is coming up. Looks like it was removed for wiring, and will be returned.
Don’t forget the meter…
Why are those transformers green?
The green ones are the good guys. The white ones are the bad guys. They roam amongst us and have been battling on the face of this earth for decades over which can insert and gain control over the most Tesla’s for eons.
Literally discussed on the previous page of this thread…
Photo, Saturday morning.
Any updates? I have a trip up there in about 3 weeks and I'm hoping it's open by then.
Steady progress... Not sure when it will be completed though. The box is in (look past front of white van)
Don’t count on it. Based on previous installations we’ll be lucky if it’s opened in 3 months.
I guess we are still waiting for transformer.
But they started pulling the wires for it. Which is new from the pictures posted on Wednesday (2019-05-22). So, at least some minor progress is still being achieved.
Taken yesterday. Contractor said it should be done in a couple of weeks. He didn’t sound as though he actually knew what was going on. He had just finished paving, as you can see here. A little troubling is the unit on the far right which seems to be tipping backwards.
Drove by today. White parking lines painted but no transformer. Not really worth a picture.
I went by on Thursday and talked to the guys who were finishing up the wiring. They were waiting for JCP&L to come by and install the transformer. They said once that was in and connected there was every reason to believe those chargers could be activated immediately. Apparently somebody had hit that one unit that was tipped backwards. It has been set upright now.
