Spotted by Darren R on ToA FB.

Think it's on Scallan St nr Allen Cr, basically north end of Woolworths carpark

About 70km closer to Melbourne than Horsham, so provides an alternative to the 3 stalls in Horsham.

Lol, I actually saw the power works notice for this site when I found the Stawell Evie site on the council Facebook.
I thought they named the wrong carpark!
Turns out there are chargers in both carparks now.

I found this site on plugshare and then came looking here. Plugshare has very few details and no photos but does say 12 stalls. If true, will certainly take the load off Horsham. Much closer to Ballarat than Bordertown but 224km is achievable. It's also a better first stop from Melbourne at 235km than Ballarat.

Maybe the lease/contract for the current Ballarat site isn't secure? regardless more capacity and redundancy is always a good thing. Driving over to Melb soon and will go Lucas instead of Ballarat

My point was more that the Stawell supercharger makes skipping Ballarat/Lucas completely a viable option, depending on where in Melb/Vic your destination is.

Definitely. Keith will now become the weak link in the route. Especially being v2.

For you, maybe. But you're forgetting about the people who visit Melbourne. They may not be departing Melbourne with 100% given the lack of charging in certain parts of Melbourne.

The best would be if they also dropped the prices from 0.69 per kwh. Superchargers are now more expensive than diesel for my honda civic.
