Let's face it. They had 3.5 years to plan for this. They made no plans. They took money with representations about priority and couldn't be bothered to deal with it in good faith.
I don't think it's fair to assume bad faith -- I think they're overwhelmed and overworked. But I do agree they had 3.5 years to plan for this, and the experience with how it worked in other regions.
Seems to me they made plans to bring the cars out in containers over a longer period of time (rather than a roro) so that they could have a reasonably orderly delivery process. Tesla australia then chose a delivery specialist in autonexus to help get the cars through the process faster. Not sure how that evolves into a statement that tesla made no plans.Let's face it. But bad faith is them actually attempting to deceive, or mislead us, and they are not doing that, which is my basis. I do agree with you about a random and inconsistent approach, which is maddening.

I can understand the concern and frustration waiting for your cars to appear, however it’s important to remember that this site is hosted in the USA where sensitivity to language is higher, so please refrain from bad language in any form.
I feel like that mailbox might not be monitored at the moment due to the amount of deliveries they need to make. Also, I need more patience, can someone send me some?
