We have seen in January that they can easily crank out a ton of them. It all depends on the permitting. Clearly the Canadian ones got held up. If they have a deal with China to fast-track the permits I can see quite a few go in there in no time.
So yes, it will mean that the pace needs to accelerate, but I think this is feasible.

Macon, GA is now operational. Are there any other locations besides Hawthorne that has the lit up Tesla on the Superchargers?

Sorry, may be obvious to others, but what do you mean by two pedestal Supercharger?

Its the one to the left of the vehicle. They are pre-fabricated and it has two Superchargers within the one unit. They can be potentially moved with a fork left, so they been called temporary. These are the models that are typically seen at Service Centers (Lone Tree, CO, Bethesda, MD, etc).

Tesla calls these "Mobile Superchargers," but the "Mobile" part of it is kind of like today's mobile homes. It is factory built and transported to the intended site. There it is (semi)permanently connected to a 208-Volt or 480-Volt, 3-Phase existing distribution panel.

The "Mobile Supercharger" contains one Supercharger Cabinet that services two Supercharger Stalls or Pedestals, one on each side. Because most of these installations are to existing 208-Volt 3-phase service, they are limited to 90 kW, shared between the two stalls. A 480-Volt connection will provide 120 or 135 kW out.

In the picture below, you can see the two pedestals serving Stalls on either side of the Supercharger Cabinet, the Supercharger Cabinet in the middle, and the conduit carry the power to the Mobile Supercharger going out the back.
