Are they compatible with the acoustic foam filled tyres on the SR+ and LR or is it only suitable for a P?I have just ordered one of these. It appears to be similar (but not the same) to the official Tesla tyre repair kit, but available for only £29.95 at the moment.

Oh, I didn’t realise that the P+ tires lacked the acoustic foam bit so slime may work and not ruin the tyre. Can someone confirm as I really should buy some in that case (before I get a puncture).

Little trick with some compressors..... run the compressor before attaching to the tyre. The back pressure it has to overcome to start if connected blows the fuse. Have this on my motorhome which runs between 85 and 100 PSI and I have to connect directly to chassis battery, an option you don’t have in a Tesla I suppose! If that is not the same as the Tesla one, you need to check the current draw as the 12v socket in Tesla is rated too low for many compressors.
Got these too! Came today. Can honestly say worth the money. Going to use a hair dryer on it tomorrow to get it to flattenHere they are installed in the car. Still a little misshapen in places from their trip from China but I'm sure that'll slowly go. Overall very happy for the price!

If your going to be spending that sort of money why don’t you just buy OEM products from Tesla?
Although interior all weather mats not available from Tesla UK at the moment.
I thought I had read somewhere that the P did not have the foam. but based on other responses here I may well be wrongOh, I didn’t realise that the P+ tires lacked the acoustic foam bit so slime may work and not ruin the tyre. Where are people ordering things from? are they mostly coming from the US still? I'm interested to try a roof screen seal (RPM style) and a matrix black console wrap but struggling to find anything trustworth looking in the UK. Is importing still the best bet?
Also slightly tempted by the auto lift struts, especially when I saw they were only $30 per end of the car!

£66 including import I'm suddenly tempted! And the kenrico wraps are on amazon...
Any one else in the UK done the struts change? Is it easy enough and low risk? I remember early kits being reported as possibly cracking the back window glass
Most of the stuff I've fitted has come from TapTes. All very good quality apart from their console wrap, which has now been replaced with one from Abstract Ocean.Where are people ordering things from? are they mostly coming from the US still? Thanks for all the awesome info! Are these for the frunk or the trunk? the listing seems to use the words interchangeably! If it can be done for £10 I can't believe tesla didn't do itThe struts you mention they can be bought for around £10 - Not UK i think (my friend bought these and we fitted them on his M3P, took around 5mins - Took our time with a small flat head screw driver to pop out the clips on the original ones, then clip in the new ones. They work and seem fine but only seen working for a few times.

Although these stronger struts will make the boot lid pop up when it opens, won’t they also make it harder to close? Thanks for all the awesome info! Are these for the frunk or the trunk? the listing seems to use the words interchangeably! If it can be done for £10 I can't believe tesla didn't do it
The ones with springs (Everyone selling them seems to have them red!) are for the trunk, ones without are frunkThanks for all the awesome info! Are these for the frunk or the trunk? the listing seems to use the words interchangeably! If it can be done for £10 I can't believe tesla didn't do it
