The day's low for TSLA is $995.50 so far, so it definitely broke below $1,000. Now, if you're referring to closing time in order to classify as it breaking below $1,000, yeah, that's something different.

Sorry if I wasn't being clear: bag holding on short term trades (yes, I'm stretching the term). Trying to avoid turning short term trades into months of holding until at least break even or profit.

It's an art of guessing where the market maker is aiming for. Evidently from the stock charts, it is dynamic. So either we go with the flow or bag holding with inexperience.

It looks like I was good on guessing the price range for TSLA today, but wrong about the closing. I thought they would drag this down to $585 to avoid the massive lot of calls, but looks like someone or somebody wanted it to go the opposite way towards $600. My expectation is that it'll struggle to get to $600 and probably get dragged down to kill options. There's so many $600 calls that market makers would probably prefer to make them expire worthless. My guess would be in a trading range of $585-$600 with no fundamental news for today.

To see Fred whine about it and then take it to Elon's twitter... Nah... Need to move on.:P
