Thanks @RiverBrick for update. Can you maybe add the photos on this server please? After checking SuC map, there was no mention of a Baie-Saint-Paul Supercharger. Malbaie is the only one that would be anywhere near BSP.

So, the late discovery of the San Mateo Bridgepointe Supercharger motivated me to do a little searching in my neighborhood, just for kicks, and I hit paydirt. @BlueShift

They are installing a supercharger at the Fred Meyer on 139th street in Salmon Creek neighborhood just 7 miles north of the OR/WS border on I-5. Away from the building, near the Three Creeks Library. The Level 1 and 2 chargers are next to the entrance to Freddie's and frequently iced.

On a tip from Tyl, I checked the City of Riverside building permits and found... The location is 3878 Market Street in downtown Riverside, near the 215/60/91 interchange. The permit was issued on October 27th, so it may already be under construction.

I stumbled across this months old information when looking for a supercharger in Emeryville: I haven't found any online access to building permits, but I sent an e-mail to Public Market management asking if anything came of this.
