GLOVIS SIGMA She is currently about 140nm W of Puerto Vallarta and maintaining 14kts on a track that hugs the coastline. She will encounter numerous intense thunderstorms all the way down to Panama and she will reach another area of deep instability with some very rough seas off Acapulco on Thursday. She is due to arrive at the entrance of the Canal next Monday.
Don’t forget to
enter the GLOVIS SIGMA competition! I expect her to arrive in Zeebrugge around 13 Sep.
GLOVIS CLIPPER is currently loading at Pier 80 and
will depart tomorrow evening. I strongly believe she is coming to Europe and so I have pencilled her in to arrive at Zeebrugge around 17 Sep.
GLOVIS SUNLIGHT She is due to start loading at Pier 80 next Saturday 29 Aug and at the moment I expect her to head to the Far East.
K.ASIAN BEAUTY I am pretty certain now that
she won’t make it to Pier 80 by Sep 4. She is currently in the Gulf of Mexico alongside in Altamira loading new Kia Forte. She is scheduled to arrive in Freeport Texas tomorrow. Many coastal counties in Texas have been evacuated in preparation of the arrival of, for what is expected to be Hurricane, Laura. At the moment it is expected that the Hurricane will track north of Freeport but ….
I think an alternative plan, not using K.ASIAN BEAUTY, will have been made - I just don’t know what it is yet.
