Well it finally happened after a stressful Friday I got assigned a VIN this morning. Originally ordered 3/24 and changed the color on 4/16 because the SA is an idiot. LR5, Solid Black, White interior, Tow, No FSD.

No text or email from SA or anyone else from Tesla.

This morning my EDD was 6/5-6/19 and stayed that way up until the last time I checked it at 5PM when leaving work. Logged in just now since i had a free moment and was greeted with the big blue button to "Continue With Delivery". As soon as I clicked it, the VIN showed up.

I have it in the signature, but just in case:

Delivery Center for pick up: Buena Park, CA
New EDD: 5/31-6/5 (Haven't scheduled delivery yet, it's almost 10PM so I'll call DC in the AM, I have to work. all week so I"ll probably pick up on 6/5 so that I can take the care to get PPF wrap and ceramic coated which will take a few days.. Need my trade in to get back and forth to work.)
MY LR/black/black/5 seat/20 in induction/FSD/no tow

Congratulations! I’ll be picking up at Buena Park too (no VIN yet)... Where are you getting the PPF and Ceramic from?

Awesome man! Very excited for you...Glad you will get to enjoy your weekend now. Mine did go from 3-5 weeks back to May 31 - June 13th so I'm trying to stay positive. Keep us posted on your delivery experience.

Looks like California is getting the same dates may 31 - June 13. Service centers are going to busy so we might get a vin then still have to wait a week or 2

To give you some positivity my EDD was May 30 - June 14th, so I can see you getting the blue button by tomorrow or Monday.

Went from 3-13 weeks yesterday to May 31 to June 14. Emailed my SA yesterday and they said to expect something early June so this all lines up

I emailed my SA yesterday to ask about my status when it showed as 3-13 weeks and was concerned about my credit approval expiring. They had mentioned I should get it in early June. I woke up this morning to see may 31-June 14! The EDD windows are narrowing which is nice to see.

I wouldn’t be too worried. That’s on par with us other Burbank peeps that ordered in April. I found out yesterday they’ll be doing a home delivery for me though.
