Hey all, just switched my red/black MYLR7 w/ FSD to a red/black MYP w/ FSD today. OD 4/15 in SoCal. Current EDD is still showing Dec-Feb. Was wondering if anyone has done similar and how long it took for EDD to update? Or if I’d be pushed to back of the line, or if they look at the April OD? Thanks!

I ordered black/white MYLR7 no FSD on 5/7 in Carlsbad. EDD was Oct-Dec then changed to Dec-Feb. So I changed on 7/15 to black/white MYP no FSD. They honored the MYP price for my original order date and kept my place in line. It took around 3 days to update my EDD. Yesterday, it updated again to 8/1-8/15! Still no VIN so trying to remain calm. We'll see. Hope yours updated as well!

We’ve been VINed! Had to have been in the past 20 mins, so about 9pm PT. Red/Black MYP, switched from MYLR to MYP on July 21 and new EDD is Aug 8 - Aug 11. Just checked the app and saw it there. OD 4/15

I hope you are right. But the EDD for my blue LR was pushed out to 8/21-9/25 a few days ago. Then I got a call yesterday from Tesla asking for trade-in. SA said that I should expect a car by mid-Sep... I am lost!!!

My trade-in text came at the end of June, if that helps any with the timeline.

I received my car at my house the day after my VIN was assigned.

Received my VIN right after lunch today. Wished they notified me in the morning so I could setup financing to pickup this weekend.

It's been a crazy week. took a while searching for good apr loan but all done today. Just a day before picking up the car.

2 days into my 2 week period and I even got a phone call from Tesla letting me know I was in the 2 week window. This morning I got pushed 5 weeks to a 5 week window Sept 4 - October 9

Mine just changed from 6 weeks (mid September to late October) window to 4 weeks (mid August to mid September)

Just picked up today no main exterior or panel gap issues, but found some major interior issues.
1. deep scratches at the rear side of front seats (both driver and passenger)
2. paint smuge on dash board that is not removable
3. pedal cover not properly installed and warped...

Will need to service in for these...
I donno if its just my car but the chemical smell is fairly intense inside the car...

This is really bad. Can't expect such a poor quality check for an expensive car. How did this pass out of Factory gate?

In all seriousness this is pretty horrendous QA. Makes me curious on what DOESN’T make it pass their eye test, but who am I to complain as I’m waiting for my 2nd Tesla. Prolly would have accepted it too.

I did thorough inspection after bringing car to home... wow.. unbelievable... more issues... paint chip one the door hinge, poor rubber seal and plastic assemblies.. and... Major issue is the scratch I found on the top glass roof.
I submitted bunch of service on this Friday.. now I regret I didnt reject this VIN.. Hope they can fix like a new car...
Its almost like it needs a whole replacement..

When is your delivery scheduled? Wondering how long between your VIN & delivery. I'm in San Diego, I think we're on a somewhat similar trajectory, you ordered a couple weeks before me.
