I’m a noob at suspension, I’ve never had a car where I could control suspension. How do you know which suspension to use on the S? What are the pros and cons of each?

Same q. regarding ride height as well
I’ll leave it on auto but will set to highest and lock it in to remember the setting for my driveway that has a pretty good bump at the bottom where the sidewalk meets the street. It will remember and raise hundreds of feet or more before I’m home and will stay that height up my driveway and parked overnight allowing ease of sliding in and out of drivers seat. Once I leave the house and get to a certain mph, it’ll revert to the auto setting until I return and get near the house again.
For your general question, note the recently new adaptive is standard in the refresh model.

Getting closer. Just gotta wonder, WHERE'S MY CAR ELON???
Same RN & Car specs, my range has widened instead of tightening though:
8/11 -> [9/12 - 9/30]
8/12 -> [9/13 - 9/30]
8/13 -> [9/12 - 9/30]
8/14 -> [9/11 - 9/30]
8/15 -> [9/8 - 9/30]

Here is an awesome review of the Plaid, by the same guy who reviewed @omarsultan's Plaid:

As a long time Model S owner, I have watched every review of the refreshed Model S by professionals and owners alike. This video now sets the bar on what I consider the best review to date of the refresh. The only component I would enjoyed getting his thoughts on was the sound system. Regardless, well done!

Just met up with @jebinc . Got to see the 19s on a delivered car. Fun to compare notes (like how bad the distortion is through the rear glass near the bottom - awful!).

Still, sweet cars. A pair of Plaids? A bevy of Plaids? A plethora of Plaids? A murder of Plaids?

We'll have to compare ride quality etc next time we meet up!

Was great to meet up with @WilliamG this morning! Nice "pair of Plaids"! Gaggle of Plaids? We also "sold" some waiting Tesla customers on a Tesla, ha ha ha

Hope everyone is having a good day. Doing some test & tune runs. Went 10.1 hard on the brakes at the 1000ft mark and of course told to slow down even more. Granted I went 10.1 @ 101. But track official were cool. Just told me to keep at 10.5 or slower and have fun. So I’m going to run sport mode full out and see what the plaid can do in that mode. Just testing sport and went 11.8 on the brakes so it should be around 10.9-11.3 will post the sport runs soon.
