Wiki Model S Delivery Update

What's concerning is -

1. NO ONE has received a VIN
2. Both Plaid and LR models are affected.
3. The majority of us have a March estimated delivery
4. Tesla Order Support is clueless
5. The original schedule delivery date Feb 15th onwards have been missed by more than a month.

And, we never got the phone update that Elon promised to give two weeks after the earnings call.

Mine still says March too.

I'm in California, though. And, fwiw, I took an end of quarter delivery last year and didn't get my VIN until June 27 when I received my final paperwork to sign.

We're going to sit here and try to enlarge photos, practice ornithomancy and search for augurs in the heavens that may foretell the time and date of the Great Creation of the S/X refresh. May the odds be ever in your favor.

What can I say, I got bored with hitting refresh on my status screen.

This is not unusual -- our club helps with end-of-qtr deliveries and I have watched them unload cars off the carrier and stat making phone calls in the last couple of days of the qtr.

Since the refresh conversion, mine has said "prepare for delivery"

They all say that at the top of you're looking on mobile it's down the screen further

Personally, I'm solid on Tesla and although the wait is painful, the reward (hopefully) will be amazing. Missing my birthday present tomorrow, but stuff happens.

If anyone hasn't seen the insanity videos of the tri-motor plaid, go to youtube and search 'Tesla Roadster test ride.' Even 3+ years later, the tri-motor is so impressive.
