Model Y has anyone received 2023 VIN yet?

In Sacramento, refused the first VIN and was put on hold for 7days as I was traveling, should be back in town by November 1st. The hold was lifted today, any idea when can I expect Next VIN assignment? Would love to get a 2023.

Any intel on when the MY EPA approval may occur? Also, any way to see if our cars that have a VIN has shipped yet w/ out talking to a SA (as I dont have a SA)...Thanks!

I'm in Seattle as well and waiting on the call to schedule pickup. My EDD is currently Oct 25 - Nov 1. I got the trade-in, financing, proof of insurance completed 2 days ago. MYLR, 7-seater.

Another Seattle resident here - same situation. Got my VIN on the 22nd and have all of the pre-work done, just waiting now.

I'm in Chicago and they are trying to "stick it to me" with a 2022 vin. I'm pushing the bully back though, holding out for a '23 vin.

Vehicle has been at my local delivery center since last week but the EDD changes daily showing current day plus 7 days. I sent a text Monday and received a call from the SA saying they need regulatory approval in order to deliver vehicles.

I texted my SA again this morning and got a very basic response of "Unless you hear differently from us, please expect delivery at your scheduled date/time, thanks!" Current delivery is scheduled for Monday at 3 PM Mountain.
The response today was very different then when I asked yesterday and they said it could be "any minute" it was ready for me to pick up haha. I wanted to text back and clarify if they thought for sure Monday wouldn't be pushed out (since it's an hour drive each way to pick up the car and we have to shuffle our schedules around a bit to make it work) but figured it wasn't worth it as they likely won't know. We'll know more Monday, I guess!

I think what's happening is some locations are abiding by the "don't deliver w/o regulatory approval" and others either don't care or somehow aren't diligent enough to know that they aren't supposed to deliver.

Yes VIN assigned, 2023 MY Red with White, 7 seater. Car at the local distribution center and cant take it as waiting for approvals.

I've also confirmed mine is a 2023 (MYLR 7-seater). Upgraded cameras. But they couldn't tell me if it still had the USS. I guess I'll find out when I finally get to pick it up.

Did the SA tell you it had upgraded cameras? Didn't know they had visibility there, or that it's been confirmed it's not just the housing that is updated.

Yep the SA texted me and said that it is a MY 2023 and confirmed it will have "the most recent camera suite" (their words).
