So AusConnex is basically Endeavour Energy's fully owned construction arm.

At Figtree, Reslec did most of the Tesla side of the work and connected it up alongside AusConnex.
They were contracted by AusConnex to do all the electrical install, substation, supercharger, cabinets, etc. Final commissioning once installed would have been done by Tesla direct staff.

Explains how they can be so quick if your customers owner is also the grid owner as that appears to be often a limiting factor once install starts.

Even though Blaxland is also Ausconnex I do not think Reslec were/are doing the install there. Would be interesting to get a photo of the main switchboard to see if there is an identifying contractor marked.

Stopped by on the return leg today to find the boys hard at work wiring things in...

I asked when we could expect the site to be active and they replied that it was supposed to be tomorrow but there was an issue with the substation. 🙁
Unfortunately the repair date was 'up to' the 30th of April which would give a worst case commissioning date of the 5th of May...

They were however hoping to get things done sooner so possibly in time for the Easter long weekend... no promises though.
If nothing else they're going to miss the Q1 date unfortunately.
