Supercharger - St. Louis Park, MN

As I understand it, the hallmark of V3 is 3 white cabinets - two of them the same. Typically they have been installing 6 of 8 pedestals although they leave the conduit and bases in place for the last 2. However, in an urban area with anticipated high traffic, maybe they will hook up all 8 as they did in Winnipeg.

Do Tesla even bother building V2 sites any more?
 
Are we sure these are v3?

I looked at them today and the cables didn’t seem any thinner than v2..... I didn’t know what else to look for
Yes, we're sure it's V3. The below picture was posted a few days ago by Bg2580 and shows the V3 supercharger cabinets, which are much easier to identify than trying to tell if the cables are thinner.

I found the following because I had searched for other One Call tickets opened by the same caller who did the requests for the supercharger construction in ND and Alexandria. That led me to the possible electrical permit.

Yes, I'm sure most are familiar with that idiomatic usage of "it's on". However, in the context of people discussing and waiting for a bit of electrical hardware to be activated, it's a poor choice of phrase to use to show your excitement. Too easily confused with the straightforward and literal meaning.
 
Lots of progress today. They are working on the boxes and got the light posts up.

Not necessarily. There are a zillion variables that influence when a SC gets built, at what speed, etc. One factor is the property leasing arrangement. Every one of those must be negotiated, and it may be that Target doesn't even own the property, they may just lease it from someone else, which means another party has to get involved. Then there's permitting and so on...

So, the progress of one SC usually doesn't have much influence on the progress of another.
