I’d recommend removing last few digits as they’re personalised to your car. I’d probably recommend people quoting message to edit the quote too, otherwise you’re posting it in full again.

Mines has a B and VIN came through yesterday so being Scottish make zero difference

Found in another thread that they reckon K relates to a Chinese locally sourced rear motor: Tesla begins using locally produced motors in models built in China - CnEVPost where as B is an import.
No, they are seeing a 335 full range figure irrespective of the current battery state.
A different motor, not sure we know it is 'uprated'. It has been common in the past for the LR to get the same rear motor as the Performance model and at other times a different one that has a lower power output - just depends on what is available at the time. An LR with the Performance motor doesn't perform differently as power output is software limited to the specification of the LR.
People in mainland Europe were being offered a 2k discount because of the lower capacity battery pack, not because of a different motor.
Don’t get me wrong, this is mostly speculation from what EU residents have been saying. The lower capacity battery pack came with “B” in the VIN. But that doesn’t affect UK customers because the stats listed on our website haven’t been updated. So people who got “K” are considered lucky due to its association with slightly improved specs. “K” is likely updated as the ’hairpin’ technology it uses is more efficient.
