ABRP predicts 15% at 30 degree and no wind, but those were variable during the trip. I didn't use the car's nav since it was a common trip for me and I wasn't actually charging in Martinsburg, just stopped to get the photo and then another 10 mins to home.

It's not just areas like southern CA or Australia, I'm in extreme eastern West Virginia and generate enough power from my array to offset the power for local driving in a Model 3 and Leaf and for an all electric house. I am not off grid, but we do have full net metering so that makes it easier...

Maybe in cities and suburbs, but I don't see that happening for a long while in rural areas. Independence and self reliance, work vehicles, not to mention poor roads/markings/signage and weather issues will make it a much longer slog outside metro areas.

Off camber rises and dips, especially in curves, with oncoming traffic can get it confused. If someone is walking beside the road, it can also brake check the guy behind. If the road is relatively flat and straight or with gentle curves and wide enough so there aren't people and other objects...

Anyone that does even a little bit of DIY electrical work needs a non contact voltage detection pen. I use mine to double check everything even when I know the breaker is off. Can be especially useful on multigang boxes that may have another circuit hiding in there. :)

It's possible since the slider wasn't very precise in previous app versions even though I was aiming at the 90% mark. Could have been 91% I suppose. But warning you at 91% and not 90% doesn't give me warm fuzzies and the car can sit without driving for days at times, so I err on lower is better...

Well, for battery health, you don't want the battery sitting at a high level of charge. The car will warn you if you charge at 90% or greater repeatedly. I set mine at 80% and only increase if needed on a trip. Regarding the speed of charge, I don't know that I'd be concerned. A Model 3...

If everything (receptacle, wiring, breaker) is rated for at least 30A and you'll only be drawing a 24A continuous load, you should be good as long as it is wired up properly. 35A is odd. Wiring support more by chance? If it did and you had capacity, you could bump up the breaker and receptacle...
