So I got my vin yesterday and just got an email right now to complete final payment. When I go to my account, nothing is there to complete payment. What do I do now?
Got the final payment email, but unable to make a payment on the web site. No VIN, EDD shifted a few days back, to June 24-30. Ordered 4/3. Burbank SC.
Received this email this morning. There is no button option to make a final payment even if I wanted to. Also no VIN. My EDD went from September yesterday to now august 19 - sept 8.
ordered 5/30 with my first EDD being July 2-20.
I just chatted with Tesla and she said that a VIN hasn’t been assigned, which is why I can’t make the payment. She said it doesn’t show record that the email went out, which was strange. But verified that the sending address is a system email. Her only theory is that maybe the system knows that I’ll be assigned a VIN soon, but it’s not showing for them yet…??
