My pickup went well - car was just about flawless. A lot of little details and improvements I can tell have occurred these past few years since I got my 3 in 2019.

It was quite busy in Oakville today with a lot of deliveries occurring!

-USS
-No shelf
-No matrix
-carpeted door pockets w emergency release

Had issues w back trunk misalignment
Front fender minor scrape - they buffed it out
Tiny paint chips in the bumper
Bubbles in the ppf
No mud flaps

Same here, no more Tesla plate frame nor did it have mud flaps (seems most deliveries past few days were missing them).

Yes had to make a service call to get mud flaps, back did not come w a plate frame. Front plate was mounted on double side tape

Nice. I might be in the minority, but I dislike the mud flap look and prefer not having them, so it didn't bother me too much, lol.

more rock chips for your lower back rear door then and/or on the PPF

Was i supposed to get a lug nut key ? As in can’t take the wheels off without it ?
I haven’t taken the covers to check. I have the J1772 adapter, but no lug nut key.

You wouldn't have received locking lug nuts on the vehicle. You can order a locking set from the shop if you want them though for 70 for 4 locks with a key.

To my knowledge always with all season. They told me if I ordered a winter set from them they'd put them on the day of delivery and put the all season in the back.

I don't think any cars come with winter tires.
MYLR comes with all seasons.
MYP comes with either all seasons or summer (seems random who gets which).
