Aren't "walk-away door lock" and "auto-present handles" also tied to the tech package? Those are in the screenshot above. Here's what the manual for 4.0 shows:
If you make a very small change the system may not notice that you made a change. In which case you should either make a larger change and then back or bump the seat forward and back a bit and that will prompt the save dialog.
I think the auto-tilt mirrors are part of leather/heated seats. I have tech package + textile seats and no auto tilt. Still on V4.2. I'm disappointed in that since the auto tilt is more "tech-y" than "comfort/style -y".

I do not have the tech package, and I do have textile seats, and my mirrors do in fact auto tilt in reverse. However, I also have electrochromic side mirrors, so maybe I got some bonus things slipped in there by mistake.
Back to 4.3 charging schedule-- My S typically topped off on a schedule slightly longer than once every 24 hrs, although it would top off if you pulled the J1772 and plugged back in.
Does anyone have a feeling yet as to how low the SOC has to get such that the charge timer initiates a charge? Or perhaps it always initiates a short charge which is then quickly terminated?

I'm pretty sure that was "sleep mode", removed in 4.2. The screen shot was from the 4.0 manual. My Tesla page doesn't currently show me links to the manuals, so I don't know if they updated them yet. (I sent an email to them about these links this morning.)
I am. My car doesn't have 3G in the garage. I was hoping mine would download this evening when I went into town for dinner, but no joy. Maybe it'll download when I'm out doing errands tomorrow.
I called Tesla Service asking if they could manually push it out, as it would be better to upgrade on a weekend in my garage...
They said they can't (or won't) do that, but that most cars should get the update by the end if this week.
