What functionality have you lost since you bought your car?

V9 was a step backwards in UI for a lot of us, even with V10 I'm still not a fan. They put some bandaids on it that helped, but V8 had a far superior interface in my, and many others opinion.

I read the tweet earlier today and thought he meant he's working on karaoke for MCU1. Realized now he probably meant MCU1->MCU2 upgrade. Hope so, but the tweet can mean two things...

You are an adult, aren't you? If so, I would presume that you are mature enough to realize that improving a product made after you bought yours is not "screwing the owners of older cars".

The only thing that Elon can be faulted for here, is that he promised an upgrade and hasn't followed through on that promise, despite the fact that there are people who made purchasing decisions based upon that promise.

Yep this similar thing happened to me w warranty replacement mcu. They 100% told me I would get a new mcu 2 with the intel processor. Doubled down and said the one coming off the factory floor now. Yeah.

If I got the full self driving upgrade (I have enhanced now), would they upgrade the MCU too? We have AP2/MCU1. We've been thinking about upgrading for awhile. Just wasn't sure if the HW3 needs MCU2.

The MCU and APE (AutoPilot ECU) are independent.
