I couldn't find a waiting room thread for the Seattle area (apologies if I missed it), so I'm starting one. I can't imagine I'm the only one who got bent over on delivery recently around here.

My delivery day experience

- Reserved 4/12/16
- Configured 7/11/18
- 9/6: Delivery scheduled 9/28 @4pm
- 9/8: Delivery surprisingly moved up to 9/23
- 9/14: Delivery pushed back to 9/25 @ 4pm
- 9/24: No confirmation call from Tesla
- 9/25 @ 2pm: Still nothing, call local SC and they have no record of appointment or vehicle
- 9/25 @ 2:30pm: SC calls me and tells me my car is in Chicago headed to the east coast
- Told VIN would be reassigned and replaced, rescheduled to 9/29 by end of call
- 9/25 @6 PM - VIN now missing but appointment shows 9/28 (not 9/29) on Account page
9/25 @10 PM - Account page now shows no VIN, no appointment, 'schedule delivery' as next step with Sept-Oct as expected delivery date.

I also spoke with someone in outbound logistics last night who said my VIN is still sitting in Fremont, CA with no loading tag/destination as of yet.

Honestly......W.T.Bloody.F. , Tesla??

Delivery attempt 2 of 2 scheduled for this Friday 9/28/18.
 
I had looked and didn't see a Seattle thread either.

I placed my initial order on 9/16. No reservation or prior ownership. I had gone back and forth over what I wanted, and ultimately placed a "responsible" order for a Blue AWD model. Delivery estimate was Nov-Jan.

Earlier this week I started to have second thoughts and ultimately decided I wanted to go P3D. I talked to my local sales guy who'd helped me with my test drives, and he said they could still do unlimited supercharging if I took delivery of a P3D by the end of the month. He also told me about what they had in inventory yesterday, but I was too slow to act on any as I wasn't sure about whether I wanted the color options they had or to get the PUP which was on everything that was available. Shortly after he'd tell me about a car, he'd tell me it was gone.

This morning he told me they had an unclaimed Blue with white interior P3D+, and I decided to give into my impulsive side and go for it (seeing pictures of a blue + white P3D+ on another thread here pushed me over the top).

Delivery scheduler just reached out and have my appointment set up for Friday evening. Wish me luck!

9/16 - Delivery scheduled for 9/23
9/21 - Rescheduled to 10/16 due to logistics
9/24 - Seattle SoDo reschedules me to 9/26
9/25 - My account goes back to 10/16 with no contact. Seattle SoDo says they’ll look into it. No word yet.

The 3 week delay was really disappointing. I feel like my VIN will be replaced eventually.

Just wondering why Seattle SoDo rescheduled me without first verifying the car was there.

1st delivery appointment of 8/18 was cancelled due to an airbag problem
2nd delivery appointment of 9/25 was rescheduled. Got a text on 9/21 informing me that the car wouldn’t get there in time.
Currently scheduled to take delivery on 9/30. A car is already showing up in my Tesla app, so I hope that’s a sign that it will actually happen this time around.
 
I did - but not the +. Mine had everything but the PUP so probably a different car, but let me know if your VIN ends in 817!

Oh okay. I originally wasn’t going to get the PUP, but they told me the only P3Ds in inventory anywhere on the west coast have it. I ultimately decided to go for it.

I was confused because your tag line by your name says P3D+ :)
 
Bellevue Delivery rescheduled me from 9/24 to 9/28 on 9/23. Initial contact was 9/17 and my California-based IDA has been extremely helpful.

I dropped by there this afternoon and one of them said that they’re getting 12 trucks from Tacoma (staging area) this evening. The cars on those trucks are all for the EOQ rush and are detailed and inspected twice, once at the old Bellevue SC and again at Bellevue-20th. They said that they always reach out the day before the appointment to confirm (or in our cases, reschedule) it and the time slot.

This weekend is going to be absolutely insane.

So far the bulk text from yesterday was the only contact tesla ever did.
I wanted to upgrade to 20" wheels however didn't want to lose the spot or lose free supercharging :(

I was really hoping somebody would contact me earlier as it was a performance model however nothing.

Apparently they’ve had more unassigned inventory with PUP, so if you want that, you should ask if there’s one available.

A couple days before my scheduled pickup I didn't have a VIN or any communication from the delivery service advisor. So I emailed the Service manager at the Bellevue SC, and she forwarded my email to delivery specialist at the SC.

They took care of things, and let me know my car was ready for pick up.

So my recommendation would be to contract the SC directly to get things straightened out.
 
I did as part of the reply to that text message. however looks like that text messaging is automated system. perhaps when a delivery agent is assigned he can take a look.

Just call the store (or visit). When I was there, an Owner Advisor (I think that was his title) gave me his business card and number to text. He’s the one that matched me up with my car.
