Reactie van Tesla UK
We are sorry to hear you incurred a parking fine whilst using the Sevenoaks Tesla Supercharger.
We understand this can be frustrating, but as this is not a Tesla owned car park, we are unable to offer recompense for the fine administered by the landowners for not adhering to their instructions. Nonetheless, we will share your feedback with our Supercharger Command Centre to connect with the landowners directly. As we are aware some landowners don’t make it clear and/or facilitate Tesla owners using their property in the most effective and harmonious way. Please know, we are working towards fixing this as best we can and the feedback you have provided will contribute to our ongoing progress.
Any fines that you receive whilst accessing the Tesla Supercharger Network will have been applied by the landowners for not adhering to their own individual policies or procedures, in this case the Donnington Manor Hotel. In short, it is common that a supercharging site will require registration upon entry. These locations are letting Tesla owners use their land and it is within their interest to protect their land against any misuse. Please note, both the in-car supercharging information and signage at the location will advise you of this. We recommend in future to have a look around your chosen supercharging site to see if there are any rules or a representative available to offer advice. Nonetheless, we recognize that this supercharging site may not have the best signage, so as stated above, we will ensure that this feedback is given to our Supercharging team to investigate.
