That's the third highest delivery day ever for Model 3 there and more than any day in all of Q2! September is gonna be huge. Also of note 234 of those 369 were LR AWD so good mix!

At current volumes though it's simply still not enough to deliver a consistent profit. They had 25%~ in Q3-Q4.

According to the google sheet I use for my estimates yes 10k per week combined S3X would produce a modest profit although that is assuming opex stays the same and margins don't fall any further.

Also I don't understand how registered vins could be so high but they don't even produce at a 50% to registered vins. Obviously you can't only go on vins but I don't think they have ever been this off before.

Yes if Model 3 deliveries were that high I would be expecting a modest net profit. But I simply don't see how they could have deliveries that high. In their guidance they said deliveries would be 10k lower than production. 77k is around my guess for production right now with around 65k...

With all the high ASP deliveries in Europe and China I would assume they would balance out the lower ones in the US enough but your probably right they should be a couple thousand lower. The S&X prices and options keep changing so quickly this quarter I'm not sure what they should be at.

My estimate for Q1. Obviously we will need actual delivery numbers to make a more accurate estimate.

Now over 9000 deliveries so far in Norway+Netherlands+Spain this quarter. Not sure what the ratio of those 3 to the rest of Europe will be in sales but I would guess at least the same amount in the rest of Europe as that was the case in February. Guessing we'll have about 20-25k total deliveries...

Over 4000 Model 3 for Norway now, more than Model S did all last year in one month! I can't wait to see the numbers for the rest of Europe especially in Germany.

Another 314 Model 3's have been registered so far today in Norway and the day isn't over!

Model 3 has now sold more this year in Norway than the Model S has in any previous year. The record year for Model S is 4,042 in 2014 while the Model 3 has already sold 4,108. Still has a bit more to go to beat the Model X which sold 4,980 last year in Norway. Model 3 VINs

No the projection was 5000 cars per week by the end of 2017 so this is right in line with their projections.

My prediction: Production: 27,000 Deliveries: 25,750 I think when broken down between S&X it will be 13,750 S and 12,000 X.

My guess is they produced 25,000 and delivered 25,500. Guessing mix is 14,500 Model S and 11,000 Model X.

So it looks like Norway ended at 54 Model S sales and 43 Model X sales for a total of 97 sales in February. Seems like most of the bump in January was just an overlap from the huge number of vehicles in transit from Q4. Hopefully we see a good uptick in sales for March.
