I think you can just try my 60%-20% cycle. It should be safe to do on a routine basis. Not so extreme like 20% to 100%.

it’s the app, Stats, that’s constantly waking up you car in background. I am using Stats and had the problem too. You have to disable background refresh in Stats through iOS setting. Otherwise, your car will never go to sleep.

mine 90% is 223 and 100% is 248. It has dropped 4 times so far since I got the car last year in March. But I think the latest drop is probably due to cold weather in Toronto.

Just an update. Actually after my 2nd 20-100% charging, the next day, the range went up a notch from 405km to 410km. So I think the 20-100% trick works.

Tried the battery rebalancing recommended from other threads, it does help to bring the range back. I have a MR.

Your 230W/Miles looks very good. I think it is also the w/m Tesla uses for rating the battery range. So ideally, if you drive the car from 100% in one trip, you should get 300-300miles no problem.

I think you should use % instead of miles in your question because 5% loss in LR pack is 15.5 miles but it’s 13.2 miles in MR pack.
