Charging Standards

I was told in Fremont that charging, at least in Fremont, there is a priority in charging. New arrivals will be slower charging than vehicles there before you. It seems to be working when the Superchargers are all occupied.

I read before the storm that while many gas stations in Florida was out of gas all supercharger except for Marathon and Myers was online, how is it now then the storm have reach Florida? My thought go to them in Florida.
