I haven’t used a front plate in years (10+) but since I’m so obsessed with buying accessories to make me feel whole I might get the quick bandit.

I had the front plate removed from my Accord for the last 8 years and not once did I get a ticket for it. Even when I got a speeding ticket, the cop didn’t site me for the front LP.

I plan on installing the front plates. The Y's front bumper looks empty without the front plates, imo.

I have zero interest in putting a front plate on any of my cars. Recently picked up a new car for my wife and she put the front plate on and I cried.

I don't want to put on a front plate either. But if cited, the fine is $196. Instead, I'm going invest that potential loss on a black personalized CA license plate on my black car. =)

I thought the fix it ticket was just that. Fix it, and sign off. No fine. Am I wrong? Last fix it ticket I got was for tint and that was a looooong time ago so CA laws may have changed since then.

I've always kept my cars at 35% tint on the front windows and never ever got a ticket or anything for that. Never tried no front plate but with the Tesla I might have to try it.

I believe you're right. Fix it ticket realistically varies from $10-25. But up to a max of $196. I just don't want to get pulled over period.

I wish we had Euro style plates. Hehe
